and that it was blocked from installing - can anyone tell me why? I am not anti virus protected at the moment. Any help i would be grateful for.
try install it in safe mode
maybe your computer infected and the virus prevent you from installing anti virus
maybe you should redownlavg free 8.5 downloadoad the installation file

I just installed it an hour ago. No error messages. So try again, capture the exact error message, then Google it.
What Operatinavg free 8.5 downloadg System are you running? If you are running Vista with that error make sure you are right clicking the install file and Running as Administrator.
Re download it and try again.

Do not click SAVE. Click RUN. And again, RUN.
