A Macbook laptop i have recently had to get a new norton antivirus subscription. after buy and installing it, it asked me to restart my computer. which I knew was normal, but after it goes to reboot a screen pops up and says " You need to restart your computer, press the power button for several seconds" after doing so, it would continued to do this; multiple times.
So what do I do from here, solutions? ideas? tips? whatever let me know. Thank You!!!
