whats a good free dvd burning software that doesnt give u that message in the movie that says this is a trial version please purchase it
will reduce a full dvd to fit on a standard blank dvd (dvd5 = 4.7gb). It was discontinued some time ago so doesnt copy will latest encryption. However, can sits in the background and will allow dvdshrink to read from the dvd. Its a neater solution than the commonly used two-step process of using a separate ripping application then directing dvdshrink to the free dvd movie burning softwarefiles from its output.
Both applications are free.

if you are trying to convert avi to dvd:
download & install both files (they are free, fully featured programs). Dvdflick will convert your file to mpeg-2 compliant to play in a normal stand-alone dvd player. It will then pass to imgburn to create your dvd. All you need to do is direct dvdflick to your file and click on "create DVD"
