My manager wanted a recommendation of me so I had my boss write one and I already sent it in. Can you please tell me what YOU think and be honest. Its for me to work at a VET Asst Office. I am 20 years old.
I am writing this letter on behalf of Ashley Smith. Ashley has been employed by Waterproof Construction for the past year. Ashley is a pleasant young lady. She is always one time and willing to help out in any way. Ashley is very responsible and conscientious. She is very organized and puts every effort into her responsibilities.
Ashley started out in your office doing clerical duties: filing, answering the phone, typing memosgetting to know you questions, and helping the staff out in anyway. She quickly learned data entry and how to help assist in many different aspects of the business. She is very polite and always willing to learn.
We know her true love is in the care of animals. In just knowing her one can realized how much she knows about animals and their care. Across from our office is a business called Classies Canines which specializes in pet care and grooming and they will even tell you how wondering Ashley is with animals. Ashley just passed her vet assistant class at West Wood Community College and has received her certificate as a vet assistant.
As valuable as Ashgetting to know you questionsley is to this company we hope she is able to expand herself to what she truly loves most and thats is being with people who truly care about animals.
Please contact me if you have any question Phone number 5555555555
What do you think be honest?
It sounds good. I would have personally left out the vet assistant classes mention and I would have left out about Classic Canines since they are not your employer and I doubt you are really working there. If they were to call Classic Canines, would they really know you or feel comfortable commenting on someone who comes in? Your boss may have done a disservice mentioning them by name.
