I turned 30 back in Oct. I need some skincare advice. I have been using a moisturizer with spf. I do break out around that time of the month so I need to use things that won't make that worse. Product names would help. Thanks.
Everyday:

Try a cleanser with salicylic acid. Neutrogena Acne stress control is good and I hear that Neutrogena Anti-Wrinkle and Blemish is good.

A toner. There are many out there try Seabreeze or Neutrogena Clear Pore.

Moisturizer with spf 30. Make sure it's oil-free and it doesn't clog pores. Eucerin has really good reviews, but I've read that it can leave a white cast on skin.

Eye cream. Olay is good I hear and so is Roc and Neutrogena.

Since you have acne an acne cream is in order. Neutrogena on the spot haswoman need help good reviews along with Clearasil. If you have sensitive skin make sure that the concentration of benzoyl peroxide is 2.5%...if it's 10% it can be very irritating.

Weekly:
Mask - try a clarifying mask like Queen Helene's Mint Julep mask. It gets rid of all the dirt in your pores.

Exfoliate. I like Biore Pore Minimizer, but they don't sell it in stores (you can get it online), but St. Ives Anti-Blemish and Blackhead control is good.

Just look up all the products your interested in and read the reviews on makeupalley.com and drugstore.com. Remember, everyone's different so some things might not work on you. Just give it a month and you don't notice any difference go on to something else.
